Introduction

Plenty, Inc. (“Plenty”, “us”, “our” or “we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy (“Privacy Policy”).

This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect about you through your use of our application, and how we use and share that information. This Policy applies to personal information, which is information that can be associated with you and used to identify you and may include your name, postal address, e-mail address, and telephone number among other personally identifiable information. Information we collect from you automatically: In using our application, we may automatically collect certain information from your device, such as:

  • Device-specific information regarding your device and internet connection, including your unique device identifier, IP address, operating system and version, mobile network information, and information about the device's interaction with our Services.
  • Real-time location information about the location of your device. We request permission for our application’s collection of precise location from your device per the permission used by your device’s operating system. If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the application or with regards to location information, disable location services in the manner provided by your device’s operating system.

You should NOT provide us with any medical records in the use of our application or services. Our application is not intended to store or transmit medical records to other users and does not contain any medical advice.

  • With a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Plenty's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Plenty about our users is among the assets transferred.
  • With your consent or direction.
Social Media Interaction

Our application or services may integrate with certain social media platforms. When you sign up for the application through a social media platform, we may access the information you have added on the applicable social media platform, in accordance with that platform’s policies. Your use of any interactive features between our application and the social media platform enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the social media platform.

Updating Information

You may update or correct information about yourself by logging into your in-app account. If you wish to cancel your account, please delete our application and email us at info@chooseplenty.com. In some circumstances, we may retain certain information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes to the extent permitted by law. We will comply with your reasonable requests regarding access, correction, and deletion of the personal data we store in accordance with applicable law.

Links to Other Web Sites; Third Party Applications

We are not responsible for any practices employed by advertisements or websites linked from our website, nor their information or content. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our application to another website, this Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website or application is subject to that website or application’s own rules and policies.

Additionally, some content, including advertisements, on the application is served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers and application providers. These third parties may use cookies or other tracking technologies, to collect information about you when you use our application or services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information about your online activities over time and across different online services. Plenty does not share your personal information with third parties for third parties’ direct marketing purposes unless you provide us with consent to do so.

Children's Privacy

While our application may be used to provide services to schools and other youth-oriented groups, children under the age of 13 may NOT download and register for our application. Instead, parents of children under the age of 13 may download the application and register to provide information regarding their child. We do not collect any personal information regarding children under the age of 13 absent verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information. We will only use your child’s information as part of aggregated data. Security

We safeguard the security of your personal information with industry-standard physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. The safety and security of your personal information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our application, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to or through our Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on or within the application

Plenty does not share your personal information with third parties for third parties’ direct marketing purposes unless you provide us with consent to do so.
